This morning I woke up and I really wanted for breakfast a slice of plum cake, one of my favorite breakfast cakes to start better the day!
I took from my refrigerator 3 jars of my favorite yogurt: Danone’s Activia Vanilla.
I added 2 eggs, 3.38oz of sunflower oil, 2.46oz of sugar, a pinch of salt, 0.56oz of yeast and 8.46 oz of flour. I baked the plum cake for 45 minutes at  to 356°F and I waited until the kitchen smelled of  vanilla…

et voilat here is the result
