This is something that my mom used to make often when we were kids.
It can be a sophisticated dessert after dinner as well as a nice snack for your kids when they are doing homeworks with friends, and it’s also perfect to be eaten at breakfast. It’s healty because there is no butter and only a few eggs. I made one roll with Nutella, my favorite, and one with homemade strawberry jam, even lighter.
