Hi everyone, after being in Italy for Christmas I’m back with new ideas and a lot of desire of starting again to cook!

This is just an idea for a complete second course.

You can make meatballs in very different ways, these are very simple, with ground beef and one egg, and you can be creative in seasoning them. I like to cook them with peas and to serve them with homemade grissini!
